Tyntesfield BOK saturday league - Not the most technical of areas but a fun course (thanks Phil!). Had Ben chasing me down (3mins) the whole way but he only caught me a couple of controls from the end. My dibber's flashy light has stopped working

First intervals session back at Coombe dingle
W/u 2.5km plus strides
5min, 2x2min, 2x1min, 2x2min, 5min
Each with 90s or 2min recovery
Grass nice and dry tonight :)
Massive stitch during the last 5min so cut it short, good session otherwise
2.5km jog back

UBOC explore Bristol run (various stops and went with tracy on the shortcut through clifton). Lovely morning for it - great views from the observatory and Cabot tower :) did an extra loop on the downs with Ben and Michael afterwards
