V long sprint at Camborne College
Had Ben starting a min behind but held him off until control 20, then both legs and brain felt the struggles

Wu around waunfawr, strides on track

6x 1km, first 800m in 3mins then accelerate for the final 200m
The sessions in the past few weeks made this feel like a doddle, actually felt so comfortable on the 800s - hardest thing was just pacing them evenly
Couple of laps jog to warm down

Last session with #teamdic on my fave 2 lane blue track tonight as heading back to Bristol in the morning, enjoyed being back at home for a while though :))

Easy up Gilwern to Trisant lakes then up along the road above Llanfihangel, cut across to Cnwch Coch and back on the road

A single 400m "fast but not flat out" - 72s
5min recovery
Then the session:
1x 600m: 118s
2x 500m: 94, 95
3x 400m: 74, 73, 75
4x 300m: 53, 54, 55, 56
5x 200m: 35, 35, 36, 35, 36
6x 100m: ~17/18s each, didn't time

Started with 2:30ish recovery and reduced throughout sesh to ~25s on 100s

Thought we were done then but this is Dic Evans so we still had one more 400m to go! Chasing start based on start of session times to make it more fun, this time 70s

Showing friends around the Gower then travelling back to aberystwyth so no time for training but plenty walking done plus bat&ball at the beach
