SHI individual on Florencecourt
Small miss on 1 before a big miss on 3, then did my left ankle on the way to 4. Sat for a minute to let it settle then continued on but was v wary through any rough bits and downhills for the rest of the course. Also some problems at 13 (second last control in the woods).
