Have been wanting to do this the past few days but not up to it. Finally feeling good enough this evening so had a lil jog on the downs for some fresh air. There's a nice event tomorrow at Highmeadow - hoping to go, will see in the morning

I've been wanting to do a few weeks x-training for a while but didn't have facilities for it at home. Not injured but I've had a couple of niggles and think it's worthwhile having a reset before next year.
On another note, totally knackered today!
