6x hill reps with UBOC up Mariner’s Drive lane ~550m with <50m climb so definitely not steep at all but got tough to keep the speed high in last few. Jog back down recovery.
Will find a steeper hill for next week!

Started well then faded through the 6’s. Should have done more longer tempo stuff this term really - will try to do more over next couple of months

BOK Galoppen at Brierley
Legs felt suprisingly fine this morning even runningto the start, but the hills up to control 7&8 today were too much for my poor left calf.. actually got calf cramps which really hurt so I bailed at 8, sat down for a few mins to let it relax and gently jogged back via some other controls. Fun course up until that point though :) Have to say the organisation today was excellent (big thumbs up to alice) :D
