So much fun to run fast in the forest!! Loved it!
Made some small mistakes on various controls to begin with, a big banana to 9, had a tow on the ben train for controls 13,14 then started to tire after that (too much fast pace and not enough running fitness) but still v fun :)

Chepstow night sprint -short 2.5k
An interesting intro back into sprint.. fun but definitely have some bits to work on ;)

Kind of wishing I was going to moc camp this year as that was really beneficial last year but uni (struggled to catch up with the workload last time) so going to have to try a bit harder to organise my own sprint training around bristol/swansea over the coming months.

Nant Yr Arian - Brown course until control 10 then jogged back on the forest tracks. Running felt fine, I was just afraid of going over my ankle in the tussocks on Esgair Gorlan. Looking forward to testing out racing next weekend at Triple Gloucester.
