Evora urban - pom day 1
Pretty average run, some slightly bad routechoices and lots of small hesitations but no “mistakes”. Happily would have stopped about halfway, running fitness not quite there but happy with the result! 4th :)

Note

Got some monstrous blisters on both inner soles so no warm down. Walk around the town instead in hunt of some pastries/ice cream/coffee, easily found :D

Mallard’s pike long distance - black 12.4km
Quite a steady paced outing today. Nav okay-ish, straight routes on most controls though several dodgy compass controls and missed at 10 on the crag. Took gel at 18, definitely got slower for the last loops after that and couldn’t resist one final adventure before leaving the forest so took a long wiggly detour on the way to 27. Saw some deer though :) Nice to have a long run in the forest.
