Felt a little twinge inside left knee just starting to go down Parry's Lane. Loosened off quickly but just noting in case it comes back

Back to it! For the rest of term, Coombe dingle is Weds/Friday (so can now go on Monday night runs :D ) Friday's really good now with a chilled 3 hour Performance squad slot and physios are there too.
Fun in the sun with bounds outside on the grass today!
Also did standard core circuits, lunges etc, step ups and other glute work.
