Orienteering 32:32 [4] 5.72 km (5:41 / km) +90m 5:16 / km

Llangattock middle race
Racing Duncan Taylor around a lot of it and trying quite hard. Direction good I think but proper bad in circles in some places, not really trusting where I was supposed to be going (but no huge time losses). Fun race

Orienteering 7:00 [2] 1.0 km (7:00 / km)

Some microsprints afterwards. Great map from marcus!

Small loop with Ben
Stillll feeling like a slug. Chucked in a v mini stride at the end just to check I was still capable. Glad it’s the weekend!

On another note, so so good following JWOC this weekend and absolutely chuffed for the girls today! Clearly they were capable but to actually pull it off is another thing. Absolutely awesome!!

Embarked on Winterbourne loop with Ben and totally ran out of energy when we got to the main road beyond Frenchay. Walked back a bit until some downhill got me shuffling for the rest of the way back lol. Also spotted a kingfisher!

WOC middle test race
Way better than Friday but still too many mistakes - especially no5 was a biggie. Some things to work on but job done for now. Feeling very motivated to do some technique training after this weekend!
