I was going to run from the orienteering event - still a few weeks before I can fall over again! I found out about NGOC’s ‘Beat the Trail’ while Ben was registering, basically a marked path course for adults but with option of cutting through forest - seems like a great idea for beginners! Anyway I just followed the paths on that map. Feeling v tired today, and this felt like a long way, but nice to be in the forest :)
