12x 400m (~150m jog up and down straight)
First 6 in 72-73s then 73-74s for next 6 as the legs started to feel it. Yuck! Also teeny bit icy at that top bend.
Also met Annie Carroll(?) who was in Edinburgh Uni so fun to chat and find out she knew all the orienteers (hi frens!!)
