Pretty windy day and super hilly course made for a tough one, managed to give myself that post race cough

Then out around Broughton with Ben do a Strava segment ~1.5km to try to win a pub meal! Fastest time for male&female during Feb wins. We both managed it for now but the legs were not too pleased..

Not so consistent tonight, took a couple of reps to get going then fell off a bit on the 2nd 6min. One of those nights where you have to think about picking your feet up/not falling over. Looking forward to an easy day tomorrow.

Stockhill
Running fast but sloppy on various controls. Beat Ben for the first time ever but can’t count this one as 10 was in the wrong pit - I spent a minute running around to find it but Ben went on a wild one. Fun course anyway, 8km on the small area but interesting the whole way :)
