Up and over Kilvey, down the cycle track and through Marina to the beach! Along the beach (wet sand and heavy winds so this was actually quite tough going), lap of Singleton park and back along beach all the way home. On my own as Ben only has eyes for Kilvey Hill <3

Jogged back through Marina and did some 30s sprints
So so soggy out tonight, raining in every direction and a lot of ankle deep puddles on the front, so more splashy than speedy but glad I got it done!
