This week not so good. After two of my runs I must have had really low blood sugar levels as my vision went funny - after an hour or so having eaten some stuff I was fine again but it was a bit scary as I thought I was eating pretty normally in general! Anyway just taking it easy for a couple of days to see if that helps.

Out to Guild Hall and back. Started doing some intervals but it just wasn’t to be so jog/walked back

Steady little night sprint around the Marina on an old course. Looking forward to working on this a bit more over the coming months and trying to make it smoother/quicker again. Glad there are some good areas we can run to from home as I think it will be much needed
The weather was looking horrendous outside and we've had to endure that too many times lately so we both bailed on a run and did an indoor workout instead haha. A bit of everything - legs, core, glutes and arms
