Not a good week of training but glad I still got out to do things each day (lots of different issues all coming about at once this week!). Hip seems to have settled down a bit, a good reminder to keep on top of S+C etc

The forecast was for cloudy but it was actually freezing rain for the whole second hour.. was really not prepared for that, it was quite an ordeal haha. Just very glad Ben was at home to help me warm up quickly with some tea and soup!
