Over Kilvey then a bit of an exploratory run with orienteering map in lower swansea valley (some terrain fun), linked up some wooded paths by the old ski slope and back along cycle track. Makes for a good off-roady loop :)

Finally went for some hill reps up Kilvey!
5x 3:30-4:00 reps with jog down recovery. Reps alternating between gradual and steeper (up to the start of the Night League for those that did it - really good horrible rep lol)
Plus a little effort up the 'Steep' at the end and cool down over Kilvey.
First run in the new Nvii Forest 2's and really enjoyed how comfy and light they were!
