To the start and from the finish

Orienteering 1:23:12 [3] 10.87 km (7:39 / km)

1st leg relay simulation on Coull. Straight line was supposedly 9.5km. First half of the course was awful mainly due to the large felled area which made running basically impossible. Lost Nixon/Kris/Jonny/Connor in this bit meaning I ran by myself for the whole thing pretty much. Tiring by the end but nav ok when the map was right especially in the technical bit at the end. Just couldn't hack the rough stuff.

AM Scolty on the EUOC deeside w/e. Pretty grim weather. Regular loop, long legs and windows. Stomach cramps so v slow.
3 PM

Between the start/finish and the minibus for PM Scolty. Still don't feel great although weather has improved.

Orienteering 35:46 [3] 3.46 km (10:20 / km)

Contour (and rock) only.

To the start of control pick. Lots of climb

Orienteering 28:00 [3] 3.14 km (8:55 / km)

Control pick till about half way when I ran out of time and had to get back.

Long run with EUOC round the seat. Have used Purko's garmin data as mine died. Felt good and crushed the near vertical climb at the end as others fell around me (or never made it to the bottom). Good run.
