EUOC long run. Brutal today. 4 huge climbs; Nixon's Ridge/Purko's Arete, Winnie Hill from the bottom of the road, *Rude word* Direct and Radical Road. Legs felt so weak after the last one and ~85mins of running. Good for me I guess..

Quite a nice warm down over the bog with Andy and Tim. Got pretty hard to see anything when the headlamps were turned off.

Steady round the meadows... by myself?!?! First lonely run at Edinburgh. Nice enough I suppose.

Top run with Ali and Tim around Blackford and Braids. At one point the totally legitimate path we were following disappeared into a rather steep, rocky ridge. Took about 10 minutes to descend it and the 3 of us nearly lost our lives about thrice each. A couple of spectators enjoyed our effort including a man dressed as the devil climbing a big rock nearby (as you do). Run continued after that adrenaline rush and checked out the braids XC route and back over Blackford. Saw the devil-man again on the way back as well which was nice (?). Good run.

Cramond parkrun. Forgot to split my k's but they definitely got slower after the turn. Wind ok on the way out but Will aptly described it as turning into a hurricane coming back. Pretty happy with the time and proof training maybe does do something. PB by 35 seconds from the huddersfield course. Happy that I'm in and around the other boys too after the pre-run chat (sorry Tim mate ;)) 5km PB on my Garmin is 17.05

FWTN around Craigmiller. When the map was right and I wasn't stuck in some rubbish (about 50% of the time) this was fun. Taking it slow.
