Green 4.6k 22 controls. Beautiful day, lovely forest. Hobbled round with ski pole as walking stick as R soleus still aching with every step. No sorer at the end than the beginning though. The pole came in handy when I had brain failure near the end and unnecessarily waded through the river, only to have to wade straight back again.
