8 x 250m stretch of hill in Pittencrieff Park. Overall climb of 132m does make it look a bit pathetic though. It's the biggest hill I can run to from home, honest, not being lucky enough to live near Arthur's Seat.

Busy day at work and wet but forced myself out. Hated first 15 minutes then started to feel less solid and sun came out.

No aches and pains today and warm and sunny so headed for the Ochils. Start and finish the Tormaukin.
Up Glenquey Hill (had to turn autopause off as going so slowly it thought I was stationary), Innerdownie, Bentie Knowe and Whitewisp then down to Glenquey burn and back.
Also visited 4 geocaches that were easy to find and just near route. Drooped up 2 geocoins, picked up 1.
Rehydrated with Bitter & Twisted at the Tormaukin.
No added blisters etc but doubt I'll be able to run tomorrow.
Must buy some trail shoes at the SOL as track back too firm for the Jukolas.

Sore R achilles again, hobbled round all morning settled in afternoon. Looks like it's alternate day running for now.

Went round Blairadam forest as forest and mtb tracks easier on my achilles. Very little open runnable forest there these days. Left it a bit late as decorating and an owl was hooting at me on the way back. Looking forward to the clocks going forward.
