My knees don't seem to like this DVD much, it is helping my arms and abdomen though, and is the only sort of exercise I have time for on a Monday, so I'll modify it.

Went with Blue mass start but silly mistakes at 3 and 6 meant I was mainly on my own. Completely knackered by the end. Fun though, physically hard and difficult navigation on the bit where I went wrong (although I would say that).

Time to start making an effort again after a month of physical idleness, although am working extra next week so it will be a slow reintroduction. Have ordered a trendy exercise DVD to get me doing something when the weather is horrid, and maybe stop me getting shoulder problems by getting my arms working a bit.
