Note
(injured)

Followed up with the doc today on the MRI.
The good news is that neither bone is fractured. Whatever was there has healed. Both bones, however, are severely stressed. The bridge between them is also ok.
The bad news is that I have 3 torn tendons (!) The posterior tibial and both peroneus tendons on the outside of the foot. Two others are very inflamed. All this after 5 weeks of immobilization.
What can I say, I'm an over achiever!

I was fitted for a custom brace which will allow me to be more active as it will remove the loading of the foot. I will need to be in that for 8-10 weeks. Unfortunately, until the brace is ready (2 more weeks), I am in the walker boot and need to be as non-weight bearing as possible which means no more walking the dog or TRX.

Essentially - 3 more months..... 2017.
