Good day - calves were pretty tight on the climb, but it was good to spin the legs on the decent. The climb didn’t feel as hard ays a month ago and I was only 20s slower. The downhill felt great - no thoughts about my foot it and it was my 5th fastest time - finally getting over my downhill fear I’ve had since my injury
