Coyote / Rim Rock Loop (clockwise)
- Felt super good today and with 63° sunny weather I couldn't do treadmill / road work. I just felt my body was fully recovered and wanted to do an effort. I ran super well and beat nearly all my strava PRs at coyote and the ones I didn't I was within 4-10 sec. First day of Spring!!
And the calf felt good. Not great, but good. I could tell it wasn't firing completely, but I was able to adjust and keep going - we'll see how it is tomorrow.
