Beer relay lap 2
Ran the last lap for the team. Felt better than the first, probably because my legs were warmed up and I didn’t have extended down time. The first 2 Miller were slightly slower than the first time around, but I was able to let loose on the decent better and was more comfortable. I def need to work on getting comfortable running downhill on technical trail again

Towers - My intention was to run towers with the group, however, I got there late and my legs were extraordinarily beat up. By the time I reached spring creek i was wishing I just stayed home. I decided to take the single track down to stout and enjoy the wild flowers. My emotions also got the best of me a couple of times on this run as all I could think about was everything that's happened in the last year. Was glad the run was over, but it was cathartic
