Cycling 55:00 [1]
(sick)

Easy commute with the big guy. We had to detour around some recently thawed sections on the way there, but they were visibly drier on the return trip.

Used the kodiak with the big fat rear tire. Slight rubbing which I'll fix next time I change wheels, otherwise good on soft ground.

Cycling (Arm bike) 1:25:00 intensity: (42:00 @2) + (43:00 @3) 19.74 km (13.9 kph) +65m
(sick)

Veinbuster and I took turns on the arm-bike and his greenspeed trike on the paved paths in Newmarket. We let a curious cyclist take a turn- and of course he knows Bash. Good hamstring-and-mancold- friendly workout.

So great to get out on a perfect day, and the trails were really interesting and longer than I expectd. VB showed me some of the old locks from when there was a canal from Simcoe. Fun outing and full body workout.

Slugged down some cold meds and rode to Inglewood and back with Goose and Coach LD on a perfect summer day. Leg was OK if LD kept it a bit dialed back.

Hiking 50:00 [0]
(sick) shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

Pole hike in with AD. Physio wants me to stop even the shuffle that Thumbs-of-Death suggested.

Also got a full on man-cold.
