Running 55:00 [2]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

2 on 1 off run to work with AD. Leg still tight and a bit sore evan after a couple of days with no running.
Maybe hiking with Schlepp may be easier on it.

Paddlng (Erg) 15:00 [2]

Little spin on the trainer. Lots of rehab too.

Cycling 1:25:00 [3]

Great ride down to Albion, around my favourite NE trails and back to meet Logan's rescuer and friends.
Next I harnessed up the big boy for an extended ride to work via a nice cool pond. Enjoying the riding a ton, but I'm feeling the lack of exercise in the last month.

Cycling 25:00 [2]

Night ride home. Late, but I love it.

Running intervals 55:00 [2]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

Commute with AD, 2run1walk. My leg was pretty tight after, so this is enough right now.

Strength 30:00 [2]

Workout 2 and a lot of rehab

Running intervals 40:00 [2]

Took the big guy pit again for 1on 1 off. We hiked some of the highest hills here which felt fine, but I could feel my leg if I got some speed up on the flats. Sinuses pounded with every stride, so good incentive to run smoooothly.
Lots of foam roller after.

Paddlng (Erg) 20:00 [2]

Running intervals 30:00 [2]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

Coach Bash greenlighted me for 30 min of run/walk. Leg was ok at a moderate pace, but I could feel it if I opened it up. The big boy was quite tolerant of my run 1 walk 1 pace.
3 PM

Cycling 1:32:17 [3] 15.93 km (10.4 kph) +207m

Out with Browner and Bash for a tour of Palgrave singletrack.
I finally felt a bit healthier, and had a really good ride. Leg was fine for biking this time, and conditions were A+. So great to actually do something at a bit higher effort.

The new 'bent climbs nicely and seems better on dicey uphill roots, but there were 3 hairpins I couldn't squeeze it around, which I have rode cleanly once or twice on the other bike. (on video)

4 dogs had a fine time too before the ride as our guys gave swimming lessons.

Running intervals 20:00 [2]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

1 min walk, -1 min run. Acutal run, not shuffle! Feeling a bit less tight.
12 PM

Cycling (Arm bike) 41:49 [3] 12.69 km (18.2 kph) +58m

Took the arm bike out for a crank around Ross Lord park paved trails. Some solid climbs had me working.
