Yoga 50:00 [1]

Yoga in Caron's new studio. No core this time.

Bad hamstring limits my flexibility, but it's probably good for me.

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Workout 2 + rehab and some lumberjack work.

Cycling 1:17:00 [2]

Great day for some singletrack and doubletrack detours with the little guy. Did some bikewhacking to avoid PI.
Nice night ride home. AD is a little nervous running on leash and tends to lag.

Tuesday Sep 27, 2016 #

Cycling 57:00 [3]

To work via the rollercoaster, and back the regular way. Cool enough for AD to get a good run in.

Running 56:00 [3]
shoes: Altra Lone Peak 2.5

Fairly chilly run in with AD! Nice for a change. Felt like fall on the return trip too.

Rheab and part of workout 1
9 AM

Running 1:01:00 [3] 8.57 km (7:07 / km) +108m 6:42 / km
shoes: New Balance Leadville 3

Out with AD on a fruitless quest for wild apples in the next block West of ours. We did explore some different trails, and AD sprang like an antelope chasing turkeys in chest-high weeds. He'd pop up all over the place, bouncing high to see over the weeds, but returned like a shot when called.

Out the door to Albion to meet Coach LD. Perfect fall day for a ride.
Coach was short of time and put the hammer down , but I took it a bit easier for the rest of the tour.

Friday Sep 23, 2016 #

Strength 1:30:00 [2]

Workout 3 plus lots of rehab with the dogs supervising, and some hard lumberjack work later wailing on some very tough maple logs.
