Rehab plus most of workout 1.

Left arm was a bit wonky on pull-ups- maybe something from aerial yoga or doing 22 pushups with my feet in the sling yesterday, with the last 10 clapping.

Gorgeous day for a scoot down to Palgrave East, where I rode nearly every bit of trail, single and doubletrack. Every other rider had a dog, but both ours are on the sick list.

Aerial yoga- done wrapped up in silk slings.
Very cool- imagine yoga in zero gravity!

Like SUP yoga, it mixes it up a fair bit.

Solo run to K2 and the dingle loop.
Took forever for my leg to loosen up, and never got much of a pace going.
Nice day out though.

Note

No biking due to sick AD (Kennel cough- horking and hacking like an old man with a fishbone in his throat) , so I drove Bazingadog to work. He's loving being back at work, even if he can't run.

Still doing a measly 22 pushups daily.

Leg was pretty tight to start, and didn't have yesterday's pop.
