Skijoring 1:00:00 [2]

Loop of the 'hood to tire out the big boy. Slow going in soft new snow. Glide wax job worked on the waxless skis, but breaking trail in soggy condtions is not fast for man or beast.

Snowshoeing 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Saucony Razor

AD and I went out to cut a tree that fell across the trail, and trackset a footpath beside the ski tracks in our back loop.

XC Skiing 1:17:28 [3] 12.59 km (9.8 kph) +220m

Nice loop of the Hockleycrest trails, while Bash and Funderstorm took their own route. I did some of the nicest sections a couple of times.

Skijoring 1:10:00 [3]

Ski in with the big boy. New snow but sticky skis for the way in- need glider on the waxless boards! Better on the way home as it froze up.
Great tracks all the way!

XC Skiing 1:15:00 [3]

Ski with AD to work and around Palgrave West.
Tracks were filled with leaves and pine needles from yesterday's wind, so slow going. Also a tree down on the way up Thinker's Hill, which may be interesting on the way down in the dark.

XC Skiing 35:00 [3]

Late ski back with AD- V02Max joined us for part of the trip as he had an appt.

Skijoring 1:05:00 [3]

Yet another great ski commute in superb mid-winter conditions.
The big boy took his time going there, but moved well on the return.

Fantastic ski with Bash at Hockleycrest trails. Perfect bluebird day, deep pow in the woods, brisk and breezy -10C -mid winter conditions. Trail grooming was excellent. So great to have this 10 minutes from home.

See Bash's log for pics.
