Running 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: Saucony Razor

2 dog jog around Palgrave. Exciting times when the deer showed up.
Looks like they are making the North East trail accessible by tractor- all the bridges are 3m wide now.
We did some bushwhacking on the Western border looking for the old singletrack but it’s nothing but a bur field now. We did find a short bit of brand new singletrack just NE of the western pond.

Lumberjack 30:00 [2]

Hauling and stacking an even bigger load of hardwood. One wagonload was heavy enough to roll the tires off the rim, so that’s it until I get them remounted.

Strength 40:00 [2]

Schlepping and stacking a vanload of prime BGY hardwood.

Cycling 52:00 [2]

Wintery ride in with the big guy.
May be time to break out the pogies. Other than that I'm good with winter biking boots and a snowboard helmet.
Snowing on the night ride home.

Strength 20:00 [2]

Caron’s core class

Yoga 50:00 [1]

Lousy balance on left leg for some reason- sore from intervals?
Some good work with lacrosse balls.

Snowy late night run home. Needed that after a long day.

Running 1:57:00 [3] 15.7 km (7:27 / km) +361m 6:41 / km
shoes: La Sportiva Crossover GTX

Icebreaker red hills.
Terrible fog on the drive, then sunny spring weather.
I don’t have a lot of speed, but executed my plan Ok.
No nav issues, but I did lose focus on one of the dog-bones and had to go back to repunch a control to salvage the last dog bone (which the software missed).
I had planned to drop one control on the deck, and couldn’t find one of the two low-value ones hidden under the bridge, but otherwise did fine.
Bash and I were both 2nd Masters, but in my case Griz ran open or I’d be 3rd.

Good on Pappa Bob for the overall win.
