Strength 3:00:00 intensity: (2:00:00 @1) + (1:00:00 @2)

Forest Fit- Kolapore style.
We finished the trail routing to the Bruce, which included hand sawing and hauling some huge logs, and some light pruning as well as moving some old tangled barbed wire. It can now be traversed log-free!

Also weed-whacked the alternate meadow route to the Bruce. Hard to get through long thick grass, but at least I cut back some nasty thorny stuff before I ran out of batteries.

Solid morning’s work.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Quick commute

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Workout 2, rehab and some KB, and a bit of lumberjack hand-sawing a tree across the trail.

Running 35:00 [2]
shoes: Topo Ultraventure Blue

Rain stopped, but trails still damp so I ran the boys. Ankle was OK on doubletrack without tape or brace!

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Commute +.
Look what I found on the first part of Duffy's Revenge:

Not enough time for all of the trail, just looked for the mythical sign then scooted the doubletrack.

For anyone who doesn't know, I own the building that was the actual Elm Tree Hotel back in the day. It's now the Elm Tree Clinic.

Cycling 23:00 [3]

Night ride home. Brr!

Cycling 55:00 [3]

Commute+ via singletrack and CC.

Monday Nov 9, 2020 #

Cycling 1:10:00 [3]

Singletrack commute+, including night run of the covid crusher. Too nice to come via the short route.

Sunday Nov 8, 2020 #

Cycling 20:00 [2]

Quick jaunt with the dogs

Hiking 2:00:00 [1]

Fall 50 hike with the gang at Dingle and Glen Haffy. Amazing summer weather, and great to see everyone, albeit while trying to keep a distance.

No get together after, not even a bonfire in our yard thanks to rocketing covid numbers, but nice individually wrapped treats at the pond.

Strength 1:00:00 [2]

Lumberjack work, and some forest-fit.
