Beaver River with the Tarnos. Stephen went nuts if they got too far ahead, but didn’t care about any other boats, and at least he stayed onboard.

Tested out the knee with an easy run with the boys. Still sore but improving.

Hike/ easy jog with the dogs between rainstorms. Able to run a bit, with Stephen’s help when we saw deer.
