Into Stratton Brook to start some aerobic training for the season. Usual loop from the upper lot, did not carry a tracker, estimating distance. Plan was to walk 2 minutes, jog 2 minutes, repeat until done. I managed to adhere to that plan with the consequence that most of the jogging was uphill. Great temperature (70F?), clear sky, dry. Very nice. At end, went down to the pond and sat for awhile, enjoying a breeze in the face.
