Took my free 1 hour session for fitness evaluation for new Y members. Came away with confirmation of the weaknesses I already know about and a short list of somewhat familiar exercises that are probably appropriate for addressing those weaknesses. It may be too cynical to report a feeling similar to a real estate agent wanting to sell you a time share. While the young personal trainer showed me the price list for personal sessions, I deflected. Certainly no hard sell, but no interest here.
