At the Y (strength and swim) 13:00 [3]
Walked laps around gym to warm up the hip. Better than treadmill in the machine room: quieter, fewer distractions, no guessing at which button does what >>>>> better concentration on form.
Then maybe 40 minutes in the quiet weight/yoga room for PT exercises, squats, lunges, stretches, etc.
Then 20 laps in pool (in pool-speak a lap is a length, not a round trip down and back) for 500 yds. Some 25yd sprints with determined kick (my old forte), which felt good but probably accounts for sore foot later limping to the car.
And of course the reward: time in the jacuzzi.
The right leg is getting stronger but the pain/soreness, while appearing in new and different places, persists. Seeing the PT-ist tomorrow.
