Stratton Brook upper lot. Felt good. Surprising, because groin was hurting when I got up this a.m., needed massage. Swimming may have helped.

Stratton upper lot. Strode out with longer reach. Paused halfway to stretch. Glute, quad and abductor, all right leg, started out expressing concern but quieted down. Was feeling good as watch announced 1 km reached, decided not to over do things and quit. I was expecting tightness and soreness to set in soon, but no. Even did some yard work when we got home and am still feeling good. Encouraging.
