Feeling pretty tired tonight.
Planned on doing 2km, 1600,1200,800,600,400 with increasing recoveries and speeds with each rep.
However after first 2km it was obviously not going to happen. The slow 2km at 6 min mile pace felt hard and my HR was higher than usual. All the signed of being a bit fatigued. Then did mile in 5:45 before calling it a day and doing 200's, relaxed at 1500m pace with 200 jog recovery.

Felt good for getting some relaxed 200's in and some speed specific running @ Target/dream 1500m pace.
