Ten miler from NGH to home via a few of my favorite shops.

Feeling alright considering I've slept three hours. Last few miles were a mental slog though with a big pack. One thing is for sure, I'm definitely getting fitter and starting to really love the feeling of running again.

The problem is with me I always do this and then something gets in the way, either injury or life, mostly life. This is not an excuse just a lack of will on my behalf.

One of the motivating factors at the moment is regarding Hallamshire and the nine man for the Nationals. I am a considerable distance away from the top dozen men but its what is driving me forward at the moment.
