Hill running with Nicholas. A really fun run. Runs like this make me think what the hell Ive been doing with my running for the past ten years. Great to be out on the Hill. Feeling pretty good on the ups and definitely noticing a slight improvement in confidence on some of the downs. Looking forward to Crowden on Sunday.
