Turned into a long run. Really good fun with Nic, Tom, Max and Dan. Feeling pretty good tonight despite not sleeping all that much last night. After feeling totally rotten at the weekend I’ve picked up this week and am responding ok to a few longer runs without the sessions.

Looking back over the last 10 months I’ve done a lot of off road stuff and got stronger from the Fell work. I think now it’s about time to pick up the mileage a touch with a few sharper sessions to see if I can get new 3k,5km and possibly 10km PBs.
