Went down to S10 for the last hour. Although it may.not look like much I worked very hard in those 45 mins this evening. 10mins of rowing and my arms were hurting pretty bad. 10mins of Kenya core.
A little worried about exams next week.

Spinning session with one of the guys I used to know from Hallamshire Tennis Club. This was again very hard and my bum was a little sore from Monday. I planned on doing a bit more on Xtrainer and core but I felt really bored and unenthused so I decided to quite and came to Starbucks to do some revision. I love being on revision leave and being in control of my time ! Just hope I pass my exams next week.

What Dave calls the stationary bike Ill stick under the label of cycling.

Spinning class for 1h - Fuck me it was hard ! Really hard.
It was lead by an ultramarathon Canadian babe who apparently runs for Hallamshire. I was a little aggressive with the resistance and was holding on for dear life after 20 mins.
Will certainly be including more of this in my training - great workout.

15 min warm up with the last 5 mins with a 1kg weight for arms.

Very very useful session with Dave. Its called the 'Kenya Core' . 20 mins of uncoordinated planking. I am going to use this routine now in the future for my core workouts. Totally fucked by the end if this , joined up with Dominika in the pool and had a sauna. On the way home a drink in The York , had to do it !

Foot is rapidly getting better - Ill be back soon with a sensible, progressive and hollistic approach to running !
