Leg stretch on a loop I have not done since I was about 15. This used to be a big run back then. Totally flat loop and a calm evening.
+ 4 x 100m strides.
I'm feeling probably the best I've felt in over a year and this is probably not a good thing as most good runs seem to come from feeling s**t the day before.
Anyways I cant wait to run tomorrow, I love the relays and the team aint so bad either.
Liverpool Harriers will be a close 2nd tomorrow behind Leeds.
