Ran a little quicker this evening, felt fresher and a lighter having lost around 3kgs. Haven't had a drink for 5 days which is a personal record in the past few years, feel really good for it though. Been out for an amazing Indian in the Little India district of Melaka, it served on banana leaves, enough for for a small army of people. Naan bread, rice, poppadoms, chicken tandoori, mango lassi - the bill for the both of us was 5 pounds. I think I put that 3 kgs back on.
