Run around Royden park, Caldy beach to Thurstaston with Tom and Ben. Legs tight from yesterdays session, need to do some stretching today.

6x 1min hills (jog back)

Running on feel, felt good considering were I am at the moment. A long way off my mate who was running 5min/mile ish pace.
