A long and great session. I really enjoyed this today. This is the longest session I think I haved done before. I felt good, it was hard at times working alone but I battled through. I like the idea of finishing with something sharp, even after a long session.

I've also been for a 30km cycle this afternoon. I need to be reminded now to be sensible with mileage , I'm keeping milage betwwen 45-55 this season and NO MORE . 60+ is dangerous for me. After 5 months of solid 40-50 miles in 2011 I ran 33:44. So considering the injuries and time off running I have had this seema like a sensible amount of mileage and I can work hard on my tempo runs and sessions.
