Around the school fields in Crosspool, there is a 200m grass track there much to my surprise and in not bad condition, I will be doing some training here.

An aching body from yesterdays core. Another flat run around the football stadium. I enjoy running in circles like this, you can get a little more rhythm and don't have to worry about crossing roads.

Running 24:03 [3] 3.44 mi (6:59 / mi)

After watching Murray. Including 1 and a half miles of Kenyan diagonals, this is, on a football pitch, striding at a fast relaxed pace the diagonals and then jogging slowly to the next corner. Good fun.
Calfs are now tight, mileage going no higher than this. 5-10 % per month rule.

A run through the woods nearby Doms. Feeling good this evening- considering a run at trafford in two weeks if I can get one or two fast sessions in.

Trying to run off a hangiver. A horrible head this morning.
