A steady run around the trails on the wirral way with two of my mates who were back to race at trafford last night. Legs quite sore this morning abd feeling a little sore after a few beers and wine last night.
50 miles for the week - need to keep it that way now !

Was planning on doing a session with the group tonight but got of placement at 4 O'Clock so headed to the track. Woodbourne Road was fine and there was no work going on, however the football pitch now looks nice and green.

Todays session was tough and even though it wasn't as easy as last week, I battled through the session. There was quite a bit of wind this afternoon.
