How much harder you have to work to get your HR up on the bike compared to running.

OK - so ran for 20 minutes at a comfortable but 'fast' pace , felt OK. When turning in the park I got a pain on the outside of my foot which came back as a sharp pain on the outside of the foot a few times on the jog home - hope it's nothing serious. It doesn't seem to be hurting me when walking now.
Feeling really, really tired and have no energy at all. Worn out and I don't know why, going to take a rest day tomorrow. Did one full set of hills and then stopped on the second set.
Felt shit tonight, really tired and slow, hamstring still niggling me but improving. I can't be bothered to write down the details of this session but it was long and complicated.
