OK - so ran for 20 minutes at a comfortable but 'fast' pace , felt OK. When turning in the park I got a pain on the outside of my foot which came back as a sharp pain on the outside of the foot a few times on the jog home - hope it's nothing serious. It doesn't seem to be hurting me when walking now.

Easy hour on the bike before my run. It really helped loosen my hamstring and right glute.

A steady modest paced run - even though my heart rate would suggest I was working much harder.

I don't know much at all about HE training but having a heart rate of 164 when running steady seems quite high along with an average of 150.

Feeling really, really tired and have no energy at all. Worn out and I don't know why, going to take a rest day tomorrow. Did one full set of hills and then stopped on the second set.

Felt shit tonight, really tired and slow, hamstring still niggling me but improving.
I can't be bothered to write down the details of this session but it was long and complicated.

- last week 80.6kg.

Having only had beer once in the last week it seems to be working.

Easy run from Rotherham Hospital to tesco.
Right hamstring and right side quite stiff and sore.
