A terrible run. Just didn't have it in my legs today. Running at 6 min mile pace felt really hard. No excuses just an awful run. I've been putting in some good sessions, training consistently and doing the right things so I don't know what's going on.

I have had a bit of cold this week and am revising for my finals but still...

I plan to just keep on training as I am and hopefully things will come together.

Took it easy tonight ahead of Sunday, ran 5 x small loops at a comfortable pace, not working too hard - legs are feeling quite tired after a few days of quality running.

Challenger, Ben and Pete down tonight along with Paul, made for a good group once again.
Thinking about Sunday, I don't think I'm in PB shape (33.43) but I hope to have a good strong run and if all goes well I think under 35 will be a reasonably good time.

Steady run through the parks, legs feeling heavy after last nights track session and tight because I didn't stretch properly afterwards. A lovely afternoon though, it's starting to feel like summer.

Another run through the parks just before dusk. Feeling much better this evening. Finished in Bingham park to do some drills and strides.

Got a little bit of man flu but not so bad that I needed to miss a session and run easy. Didn't feel great beforehand and was quite tired when running but on the whole it was a good session again tonight and a good group down again.

Feeling ok when running tonight, a lovely evening in the parks. I have a cold which is annoying as want to run as well as possible at Trafford on Sunday.
